NOTE: the vendor could not reproduce this issue, saying that the original reporter was using an interim release of the software.

IOS是一款由CISCO公司分发的使用在CISCO路由器上的Internet操作系统。 Cisco IOS 12.1在处理大范围的TCP扫描时存在漏洞，可导致远程攻击者进行拒绝服务攻击。 攻击者可以通过扫描单个主机上的所有65535端口或者对C段网络进行单个端口扫描时，可导致Cisco IOS停止响应，CPU利用率达到90 - 100 %。 不过根据CISCO技术人员测试没有出现此问题，可能是具体配置导致的问题。
