ISA Server是微软产品家族之一，可以提供企业防火墙和高性能的Web缓存。 ISA Server 2000在处理畸形HTTP请求时存在漏洞，攻击者可以绕过限制访问资源。 攻击者可以创建恶意的HTTP请求，如果系统处理了该请求就可能导致破坏受影响ISA server的缓存。这样，攻击者就可以绕过内容限制访问受限资源，或导致将用户定向至非预期的内容。此外，攻击者还可以同其他跨站脚本漏洞结合使用本漏洞获取敏感信息，如登陆凭据。
