Linux kernel是美国Linux基金会发布的开源操作系统Linux所使用的内核。NFSv4 implementation是其中的一个分布式文件系统协议。 Linux kernel 2.6.8至2.6.14-rc2版存在安全漏洞，本地用户可以通过调用userspace进程触发拒绝服务攻击(kernel OOPS错误)，此进程可以对USB设备发出请求阻塞(URB)，也可以在阻塞完成之前中断访问，导致指针引用失效。
