Linux kernel是美国Linux基金会发布的开源操作系统Linux所使用的内核。NFSv4 implementation是其中的一个分布式文件系统协议。 Linux Kernel 2.6.31-rc1的kernel/perf_counter.c文件中的perf_copy_attr()函数中存在缓冲区溢出漏洞。本地用户可通过向perf_counter_open()系统调用传送特制数据触发这个溢出，导致内核崩溃。
