FormMax（原名 AcroForm）是一个强大的电子表格设计管理工具包。 FormMax在处理输入文件(".aim")时产生了边界错误，导致FormMax存在一个堆缓冲区溢出漏洞。攻击者利用此漏洞欺骗用户输入一个特制的".aim" 文件，造成堆缓冲区溢出，成功利用漏洞会导致执行任意代码。 该漏洞被证实存在于3.5版本中。其它版本可能也会受到影响。
