Echoping是一套通过发送TCP “echo”（或其他协议）数据包来检测远端主机（HOST）的连接情况的小应用程序。 Echoping 6.0.2版本中的readline.c文件中的‘TLS_readline’和‘SSL_readline’函数存在缓冲区溢出漏洞。远程攻击者可通过发送特制的HTTP回复利用该漏洞造成拒绝服务（崩溃），也可能执行任意代码。
