Linux kernel是美国Linux基金会发布的开源操作系统Linux所使用的内核。NFSv4 implementation是其中的一个分布式文件系统协议。 Linux kernel 2.6.36之前的版本中的fs/cifs/connect.c 中的“ifs_find_smb_ses”函数中存在漏洞，该漏洞源于程序没有正确确认用户与会话之间的关联关系。本地攻击者可通过不同用户共享的安装，利用该漏洞绕过CIFS共享身份验证。
