KEPServerEX Communications Platform是美国Kepware Technologies公司的一套通信管理平台。该平台支持集中式通信管理、简化通信管理等。 KEPServerEX Communications Platform 5.11.263.0及之前的版本中的Kepware DNP Master Driver中存在拒绝服务漏洞，该漏洞源于程序没有正确的验证输入。远程攻击者可发送特制的DNP3报文到TCP端口2000或通过串行通信，利用该漏洞使得主站进入死循环，造成拒绝服务。
