传输控制协议(TCP)可在报文交换网络中提供可靠的主机到主机的传输。 多家厂商的TCP报文应该处理上存在漏洞，远程攻击者可能利用此漏洞对主机进行拒绝服务攻击。在正常的运行过程中，TCP客户端应答(ACK)服务端所发送的报文接受者，TCP发送者根据接收报文ACK来改变其传输速率。优化的ACK(optimistic ACK)指的是客户端为没有收到的数据段所发送的ACK。攻击者可以创建特制的优化的ACK，这些ACK会响应发送者已经注入到网络中的合法报文(通常被称为in-flight报文)。这样发送者就会以为传输
