Plume CMS是一款PHP实现的基于Web的内容管理系统，以MySQL作为后台数据库。 Plume CMS实现上存在输入验证漏洞，远程攻击者可能利用此漏洞在服务器上执行任意命令。Plume CMS的prepend.php脚本没有充分对用户提交的请求进行过滤，攻击者可以使脚本包含远程服务器上的文件，通过注入脚本代码在服务器上以Web进程权限执行任意命令。
