Linux kernel是美国Linux基金会发布的开源操作系统Linux所使用的内核。NFSv4 implementation是其中的一个分布式文件系统协议。 基于powerpc平台的Linux kernel 2.6.39之前版本中arch/powerpc/kernel/perf_event.c中的perf_event_interrupt函数中存在整数溢出漏洞。本地用户可利用该漏洞借助触发某些性能结果的向量，导致拒绝服务（未处理性能监控器异常）。
