Enhancesoft osTicket是美国Enhancesoft公司的一套基于PHP的免费轻量级问题回馈系统。该系统支持电子邮件查询等。 osTicket 1.9.2之前的版本中存在跨站脚本漏洞，该漏洞源于open.php脚本没有充分过滤‘Phone Number’字段，account.php脚本没有充分过滤‘Phone number’、‘passwd1’、‘passwd2’字段和‘do’参数。远程攻击者可利用该漏洞注入任意Web脚本或HTML。
