Vulnerability Description
A vulnerability in the routine that loads DLL files in Cisco Meeting App for Windows could allow an authenticated, local attacker to run an executable file with privileges equivalent to those of Cisco Meeting App. The vulnerability is due to incomplete input validation of the path name for DLL files before they are loaded. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by installing a crafted DLL file in a specific system directory. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to execute commands on the underlying Microsoft Windows host with privileges equivalent to those of Cisco Meeting App. The attacker would need valid user credentials to exploit this vulnerability. Cisco Meeting App for Windows是美国思科（Cisco）公司的一款基于Windows平台的视频会议软件客户端。 基于Windows平台Cisco Meeting App中用于加载DLL文件routine存在提权漏洞，该漏洞源于程序在加载DLL文件之前，没有充分的对该文件的路径名执行充分的输入验证。本地攻击者可通过在特定的系统目录下安装恶意的DLL文件利用该漏洞以提升的权限在底层Microsoft Windows主机上执行任意命令。
