An issue was discovered in Squid before 4.9. When handling a URN request, a corresponding HTTP request is made. This HTTP request doesn't go through the access checks that incoming HTTP requests go through. This causes all access checks to be bypassed and allows access to restricted HTTP servers, e.g., an attacker can connect to HTTP servers that only listen on localhost.

Squid是一套代理服务器和Web缓存服务器软件。该软件提供缓存万维网、过滤流量、代理上网等功能。URI processor是其中的一个URI（统一资源标识符）处理器。 Squid 4.9之前版本中的URI processor存在输入验证错误漏洞，该漏洞源于程序没有正确处理URN请求。攻击者可借助特制请求利用该漏洞访问受限制的HTTP服务器。
