Enhancesoft osTicket是美国Enhancesoft公司的一套开源的票务系统。 Enhancesoft osTicket 1.16.4之前版本存在安全漏洞，该漏洞源于将普通用户的用户名设置为 XSS 有效载荷，然后将相同的 XSS 有效载荷放置在 的q（查询）参数中/scp/ajax.php/users/local，则可以实现反射 XSS，攻击者利用该漏洞可以导致对 osTicket 实例的完全接管。
