Flower 2.2.0 版本之前存在跨站请求伪造（CSRF）漏洞。该漏洞是由于 Tornado 框架的 xsrf_cookies 被禁用，且 OAuth 会话 Cookie 缺少 SameSite 属性所致。攻击者可诱骗已认证用户访问恶意页面，该页面会通过 POST 请求向 /api/worker/shutdown、/api/worker/pool/restart 或 /api/task/revoke 等接口发起请求，从而导致 Celery 工作节点被关闭、任务池大小被调整以及任务被撤销。

Vulnerability Description
Flower before 2.2.0 contains a cross-site request forgery vulnerability because Tornado xsrf_cookies is disabled and the OAuth session cookie lacks SameSite. Attackers can lure authenticated users to malicious pages that POST to /api/worker/shutdown, /api/worker/pool/restart, or /api/task/revoke to shut down Celery workers, resize pools, and revoke tasks.
