Course-tencent-cloud 2.0.1 及之前版本存在“认证尝试限制不当”的漏洞。该漏洞允许未认证的攻击者对 6 位数的短信/邮箱验证码进行暴力破解，因为系统既不会使验证码失效，也不会限制尝试次数。如果攻击者知晓受害者的手机号或邮箱，即可触发验证码生成，并通过轮换源 IP 地址向密码重置和登录验证接口发起请求，从而接管用户账户。

Vulnerability Description
Course-tencent-cloud through 2.0.1 contains an improper restriction of authentication attempts vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to brute force 6-digit SMS/email verification codes, which are never invalidated or attempt-limited. Attackers who know a victim's phone or email can trigger a code and rotate source IPs against the password reset and verify login endpoints to take over accounts.
