phpMyFAQ 4.0.0 至 4.1.9（不含）版本存在授权验证错误漏洞：未拥有 editnews 权限的委托管理员可通过调用 PUT /admin/api/news/update 接口来修改新闻内容，该接口错误地检查了 NEWS_DELETE 权限而非 NEWS_EDIT 权限。若攻击者同时拥有 addnews 和 delnews 权限，便可从自身 Cookie 中读取更新新闻的 CSRF 令牌，进而篡改任意新闻项的标题、正文、作者、链接以及在前端公开展示的激活状态标志。

Vulnerability Description
phpMyFAQ from 4.0.0 before 4.1.9 contains an incorrect authorization vulnerability that allows delegated admins lacking the editnews right to modify news by calling PUT /admin/api/news/update, which checks NEWS_DELETE instead of NEWS_EDIT. Attackers holding addnews and delnews can read the update-news CSRF token from their own cookie and rewrite any news item's header, body, author, link and active flag shown on the public front page.
