PS5 Y2JB Autoloader: Kernel Exploit Payload Delivery Tool Guide

Vulnerability Overview This webpage introduces "PS5 Y2JB Autoloader," an autoloader designed to automatically load kernel exploits and ELF payloads on PS5 consoles. The tool supports PS5 firmware versions 4.03-12.70. Impact Scope Affected Devices: PS5 Consoles Affected Firmware Versions: 4.03-12.70 Remediation 1. Update Firmware: Users are advised to update their PS5 firmware to the latest version to patch known vulnerabilities. 2. Avoid Using Autoloaders: Do not use such autoloader tools to avoid introducing security risks. 3. Regular Checks and Updates: Regularly inspect and update the system to ensure all security patches are applied. POC Code / Exploit Code Specific POC or exploit code is not provided on the page; however, instructions on how to use the autoloader are included: Usage Instructions 1. Option 1: Payload Manager - If the configuration file is not found, the autoloader will automatically launch , a feature-rich PS5 payload manager with a Web UI. - Configure and send payloads via a browser without needing to manually set up configuration files or pre-transfer ELF files. 2. Option 2: Manual Configuration (autoload.txt) - Create a directory named . - Place or files and an file within this directory. - List the filenames to be loaded in , one per line. - Filenames are case-sensitive; ensure the names match the files exactly. - You can add a line such as to make the loader wait 1000 milliseconds before sending the next payload. - Place the directory in one of the following locations (listed in priority order, highest first): - Root directory of a USB drive - Internal drive: Update Method Starting from version v0.2, the autoloader can be updated by placing the file in the root directory of a USB drive and launching the application. Setup Instructions Jailbroken PS5 (Webkit, Lua, BD-JB) - Install the correct YouTube version: - For firmware versions 4.03 to 12.40, obtain the YouTube App (PPSA01650) version 01.000.003 PKG. - For firmware versions 12.60 and above, obtain the YouTube App (PPSA01650) version 01.000.030 PKG. - Use FTP to place from the release page into . Non-Jailbroken PS5 - You may find system backups with a pre-configured autoloader (I do not distribute these backups). - You can also restore the (remote loader) system backup, and then: - Install the autoloader using . - Or, use FTP to place from the release page into . - Or, install a separate YouTube app from a different region and use FTP to place from the release page into .
