This vulnerability allows unauthenticated attackers to upload arbitrary files to the server by sending a specially crafted SOAP request to the method of . Attackers can exploit this vulnerability to upload malicious scripts (such as JSP or PHP), thereby achieving arbitrary code execution on the server, resulting in Remote Code Execution (RCE).
