Description:Google Chrome是美国谷歌（Google）公司开发的一款Web浏览器。Android是美国谷歌（Google）公司和开放手持设备联盟（简称OHA）共同开发的一套以Linux为基础的开源操作系统。 Android 5.0.0之前版本的AndroidManifest.xml文件中存在安全漏洞，该漏洞源于SmsReceiver接收器没有要求SEND_SMS权限。攻击者可借助特制的应用程序利用该漏洞发送存储的SMS消息，传播新建的SMS草稿消息，造成旧消息的网络运营商收取额外的per-message费用
